Booking & Availability

Submitting this inquiry form does not guarantee booking. Orders are confirmed only after communication and deposit/payment approval. Availability is limited and orders are accepted on a first come, first served basis.

Advance Notice

Please submit inquiries at least 2 weeks in advance whenever possible. Rush orders may be subject to additional fees depending on availability.

Payment Policy

A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to secure your order date after we have discussed order details. This deposit will be deducted from the final payment, which must be completed before pickup.

Allergy Disclaimer

Products are made in a home kitchen that may process common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and soy. While precautions are taken, I cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please inform me of any allergies or dietary concerns when submitting your inquiry form.

Design Expectations

Inspiration photos are welcome when I reach out to you about your design. All custom cookies are handmade and may vary slightly from reference images, including design and color. I reserve the right to decline designs that are outside my style or skill capacity.

Please note that I am not a professional artist — I am simply a home baker creating custom treats with care. I will stay in contact with you throughout the process and provide photos of the final product to ensure satisfaction.

Cancellation & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for minor design or color variations due to the handmade nature of custom cookies.

Pickup

At this time, I only offer pickup orders and do not provide delivery services. Pickup is located in Piscataway or Union, and the exact pickup address will be provided 2 days prior to your scheduled pickup date.

Once I have begun the cookie process (approximately 1 week before pickup), I unfortunately cannot accommodate pickup date changes. Prior to that timeframe, pickup dates may be adjusted if availability allows.

Photography

To help build my portfolio and social media presence, I may photograph completed orders unless otherwise requested.
